The sample delivery time depends on the product type and your target region, with clear timelines as follows:
For standard samples (in stock, no customization): We will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days after confirming your shipping address. International logistics takes 3-7 working days for major markets (Europe, North America) and 5-12 working days for regions like South America and Africa (varies by courier service such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
For customized samples: Due to the need for production based on your requirements, the lead time is 5-10 working days for sample manufacturing, plus the same international logistics time as standard samples (3-12 working days).
Total time from inquiry to receipt: Usually 4-15 working days for standard samples and 8-22 working days for customized samples. Note: Logistics time may be slightly extended by factors like customs clearance or peak shipping periods. We will provide you with a tracking number once the sample is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time. If you need urgent samples, please inform us when inquiring, and we will try our best to prioritize production and shipment.

Before ordering

Before producing
2.We will confirm the quality customer required and marked in the PI.
3.We will send our packing ways for customer to confirm the packing.
4.We will send our label for customer’s confirmation.
5.We will making the format documents for customer’s confirmation.
During producing
6.We will send the cargo Inspection photos for customer.
7.We will send the test report for customer.
8.We will let customer know the detail delivery time for booking space.
After loading
9.We will loading the cargo carefully and send loading photos for customer.
10.We will recommend our other best selling products and put samples in customer’s container.

Normal delivery time is 25-30 days. If it is a single specification, less rubber varieties of goods, the fastest delivery time will be within 20 days.

We will recommend new products and other products that sell well in the customer's market to expand the market.
