Our MOQ policy is deliberately low and trial-order friendly:
- One 20GP container can hold mixed products and colors. We know few buyers want a full container of a single color, so we don't force you to take one.
- MOQs are quoted per color / per specification. Tell us the exact combination you need, and we'll confirm the exact number for that combination.

For standard flooring products, we can offer flexible MOQ options based on your specific requirements. For mixed-container orders, different products can also be loaded together to make better use of container space and reduce shipping costs.

Our production lead time starts after your deposit arrives and the proforma invoice (PI) is confirmed - not when you send the PO. We state this in writing on every order, so there's no misunderstanding later.
Peak season: from roughly September to November our production slots fill up fast. When you ask for a quote in that period, we give you the lead time for that moment - not the average number from our website.

We don't offer O/A (open account) on first orders. That only comes after a track record together. No serious factory offers it to a brand-new buyer, and we're no exception.
Our samples are free. Unlike many factories, we don't charge a sample fee - you only cover the shipping cost, and stock samples are produced in 1–3 days. We'd rather you judge our product than our price list.
We quote mainly FOB Tianjin Xingang or Qingdao - our two main loading ports.
