ACM05029 is an innovative assembled artificial grass rubber floor tile that combines rubber materials with artificial grass. Its core highlight is the in-depth integration of high-simulation grass filaments with rubber floor tiles, forming an integrated ground product. The natural elasticity and wear resistance of the rubber floor tiles not only provide stable support for the grass but also endow the ground with excellent cushioning and anti-slip properties, as well as load-bearing capacity and drainage performance for the artificial grass. Core Structure and Materials

Grass Filament Layer

Made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). The grass filaments undergo special anti-ultraviolet treatment (optional) and anti-aging treatment, presenting a natural green gradient color, with soft touch and excellent elasticity. The grass height can be chosen from 10-50mm, and the density range is optional. The simulation degree is close to natural grass, which can simulate the sports performance on natural grass and meet the dual needs of vision and foot feel.

Backing Rubber Floor Tile Layer

Made of rubber particles pressed by high-temperature vulcanization, with a thickness of 8-20mm, and has the following characteristics:
