Polyurethane elastomer is a new polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic, which has both the high strength of plastic and the high elasticity of rubber.

1. Wide hardness range.It still has the elongation and return elasticity of rubber at high hardness.The hardness range of polyurethane elastomers is Shaw A10-D80.

2. High strength, their tear strength, tear strength and carrying capacity are much higher than general rubber.Under high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than plastic.

3. Wear-resistant.Its wear resistance is very outstanding, -like in the 0.01-0.10 (cm³) / 1.61km range, about 3-5 times that of rubber.

4. Oil resistance.Polyurethane elastomer is a highly polar polymer compound.Little affinity with nonpolar mineral oil and little erosion in fuel and mechanical oils.

5. Good oxygen resistance and ozone performance.

6. Excellent vibration absorption performance, which can be used as vibration reduction and buffer effect.In the mold manufacturing industry, replace rubber and springs.

7. Good low-temperature performance.

8. Radiation resistance.Polyurethane resists high-energy rays and still has satisfactory performance at the 10-, 10 G radiation dose.

9. Good machining performance.(Vehicle, milling, grinding, and drilling are available)
